- When will I receive my order?
- Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 5 to 20 business days.
- Customize or Special order processing take 1-3 days more.
- Usually every package less than 15 shirts or 3kg,over that will be send one more package.
- What should I do if I am missing an item or if I received a defective or incorrect item?
- Sometimes the delivery may get lost because of the force majeure or some other reasons ,and you receive nothing.
- Under the special condition, if the package is getting lost by the customs.
